TERMS AND CONDITIONS


- A minimum 2 Nights stay is required - Nightlly room rates are inclusive of Wi-Fi, power, water, purified water, gas for the stove, bathroom basic such as shampoo, soap and towels, as well as beach towels. - Nightly rates include VAT and Service Charge - No extra person is allowed beyond the maximum number of guests as stated per accommodation. The maximum number of persons allowed as stated per accommodation is inclusive of adults and children of all ages. Any person above the maximum capacity stated is subject to approval by the management. If more persons arrive than what is approved by Ralph's Place, the management reserves the right to honor or terminate the booking. -Rates may change without prior notice. Please consult with our reservations officer for availability. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.




SERVICES


-Laundry services are available upon request; laundry fees apply. -Reception and Housekeeping services are from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Standard: 100% refund will be given if guests cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations 14-0 days prior to arrival and to no shows. Current: 100% refund will be given if guests cancel more than 1 day prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations 1 day prior to arrival and to no shows.

-Check-in time: 2:00pm -Check-out time: 12:00pm -Currently, due to COVID-19, breakfast is not included and our in-house restaurant is closed. -For food options, Ralph's Place is only 10 to 15 minutes away from various restaurants and convenience stores. Food delivery service is also available at https://www.myboracayguide.com/boracay-delivery/ -Ralph's Place does not have a shuttle service but we will gladly help in booking an electric-tricycle upon request.
