The customer can return the goods by any carrier to the address Staroměstské náměstí 4/1, 110 00 Prague 1 - Old Town
Transport is at our expense if the delivered product differs from the one ordered or if it arrives damaged to the customer.

  • We respond to received complaints within 1 working day.

  • The complaint is normally processed within one week.

  • For returns, payment is processed within 3 days of receiving the return shipment.
